Account not in arrears

They are claim that I own them 1570 for what I don't know. I call them last on the 25 April they advised that my account is up to date I don't own them nothing.

To my surprise know they are saying that my account is in arrears. I have send and email up to so far no feedback received from them

Please can some1 resolve this issues
