Account Not In Arrears

Good day, My name is Neo Mazibuko, acc number:*** and today (17/08/2015) is the third time that Multichoice has disconnected my account because according to them my account is in arrears. I made my payment on the 21 July 2015. The first time they disconnected the service, I called spoke to 4 ladies who were not able to assist me and only the 5th lady assisted and said it is a fault on multichoices side and reconnected my DSTV service. The account was again disconnected on the 12/08/2015. i Called in and spoke to Marcia who also helped me and said multichoice has done a system upgrade which could be the reason why my account is being disconnected. She reconnected everything and all was good. Today (17/08/2015) my account has been disconnected again. I have run out of airtime because of multichoice for something that I am not at fault for. If mutichoice does not appreciate the payment I did on the 21/07/2015, then let me rather disconnect my service and bring back my money and ill stay with the 4 free channels from sabc. Someone had better sort this out and make sure that it doesn't happen again. I want a full explanation why is this happening and why must I suffer for nothing.
