Account Info not private

So tried to activate my account in Namibia but app wasn't working so logged Into the website with my details and realised I was able to log into anther persons account I still can using my number and PIN sent to my phone (account shows different name number address) any way decided to call and get my account activated. Any way I'm can now steam my DStv account under anther persons name. I'm not really interested in wasting my time going into more details but you may want to look Into this.
