Account debited and still no viewing

Been tryin g to get hold of DStv it is so difficult and if you do you get someone incopentent. I have been trying to upgrade from Access to Compact stream. I signed up for the R299, 12 month special however DStv debited by account with R584. I dont know why was my account debited with that amount and amazingly I still don't have access to view. Account is closed or locked. I was promised a call back on Friday, and nothing happened, until I call again yesterday. They also promised to call me back. Not viewing, no call back, my money was debited for nothing.
