Account changed from Compact to compact plus without my knowledge

My account was changed to compact plus without my approval. when i called in the 1st consultant said she was going to check who changed it, but she cut off the line. 2nd consultant told me that they didn't changed it, i did it on the 25th, without knowing that i am talking to her, while my transaction history opened on Mydstv app. I could see the in and out from account on the 24.02.2024, but they did not want account that someone from Dstv was upgrading people without their knowledge.
