Account Billing nightmare

I have been an annual account customer with MultiChoice since service inception with no issues until August 2015 where my night mare of countless calls started with no joy. I have noticed that there are multichoice charges of R880.02 (28 July 2015) going through my bank account. This resulted in the amount being returned by the bank due to insufficient funds as I was not expecting any debit to go through my account. I incurred bank charges that was subsequently refunded into the multi choice account without a letter of apology after I logged a compliant (reference ********** 7- I9 ) with **********
Little did I know this was only the start of my problem. I have had to make several other calls listed below and received the same response every time. "I apologize Mr Japtha, I can see you are an annual customer and cannot see why the system charged you but I have to look into the account, refer it to my supervisor" and sometime a promise the supervisor will contact me back but no response or a call from a supervisor that I can recall. This time around it was no longer R880.02 but R984 that went through my bank account.
@12h38 on 25 August 2016 - Agent name: Sifiso, call reference number ********** 7 - I34
@11h45 on 29 August 2016 - Agent name: Lindo, call reference number ********** 7 - I37
@11h21 on 2 September 2016 - Agent name: Itumeleng, call reference number ********** 7 - I43
@9h59 on 27 September 2016 - Agent name: Tracy, call reference number ********** 7 - I52
@15h43 on 7 February 2017 @15h53 - Agent name: Baunetse Khoza, no reference number system offline
@15h50 on 28 March 2017 - Agent name: Sonelisizwe, call reference number ********** 7 - I83
@13h55 on 20 April 2017 - Agent name: Misunzi, call reference number ********** 7 - I86

Average times of these call range from 30 - 45 mins per call. Now, I asks how can such a corporate company not resolve a simple problem. Is it incompetence of the agents' side, is it lack of understanding from a supervisor side, is it just disregard for customer service and experience?
If anybody at Multi-choice SA has an understanding of there accounting systems, respect for customer experience; then they should correct this error on my account and please compensate me for the amount of time I spent on the phone and received no resolution to my query/compliant. I will allow Multi-choice SA to respond to me within the next 24 hrs otherwise I will be taking the matter to the consumer council for assistance.
