Account Activated without consent . Debit Orders continue .........
Account was re-activated without consent . Debit orders continue even after call centre agent confirmed the subscription was cancelled . To date no refunds received

We wanted to get clarity with regards to dates, that is, when was the account disconnected and when was it re-activated. We have gone through your account and we could not see an interaction regarding the reactivation of the account.
