Account a Mess!!!!
<p>End of March 2017 DSTV deducted an amount of R1229 from my bank. I phoned to find out why and I was informed that my decoder insurance was deducted for a year in advance. I never authorised or requested this. I reversed the debit order and paid the correct amount. End of April the same thing happened. Again I phoned and again I was promised this will be sorted. I reversed the amount again and paid the correct amount. Last week I got home just to see my service was suspended. I phoned and again I was informed they will sort out the account. Today my service was suspended AGAIN!!!! What must I do to get this resolved???? Are the people so freakin ***********. I was transferred to the insurance department - but today is Saturday and their office hours are only Monday - Friday!!!!!! REALLY????????</p>
