acc in arears

I paid 750 in ocktober and on 16 november my dish gets put off they say its outstanding but my dish was disconected for 4 months before ocktober when i phone a lady gets ****y and i ask her to give me her name she puts the phone down dstv has the worst service ever they can tell you when you called them but not when you called them now all of a sudden i only phoned 3 times today but when i paid to put it back on they cant see that phone number its time a nother tv provider come in your guys place
