Absolutely useless service

Absolutely useless! - When one calls to activate Holiday Home they enter the incorrect end date - They cannot activate PVR on my Holiday Home Explora decoder - The Goodwood walk-in centre promised me a letter to state that my 6 month old decoder is not repairable, and I have not received such a letter yet (2 weeks later). It is also impossible to get someone to speak to regarding the matter. - Why does one have to enter your ID when calling their call centre, when ALWAYS the first question being asked is "what is your ID number"? Followed by numerous superfluous questions? - Absolutely horrible to deal with Multichoice.
