Absolutely useless and pathetic

<p>Ihave called, sms'd and emailed Dstv to enquire and take up their explora r949pm deal which is constantly being advertised on tv, but to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly it took forever to get someone who could actually help me to call. Secondly when they did call, they expected me to just accept terms and conditions that are not even mentioned let alone explained. Is this the way Dstv conducts business?? With no regard for consumer rights and laws??? When a consumer asks what the terms and conditions are, even the sales consultant is baffled and has to call back!! (Surprise surprise the call back never happened).</p> <p>I have never seen sales consultants so useless. If this is the way sales are conducted at Dstv it's a wonder how the company is surviving. Here you have consumers calling you to open accounts, yet you are still so unhelpful, Unknowledgeable and useless. </p> <p> </p>
