Absolutely Useless

What a **** service they provide and I am not even a member yet. Maybe this is a good sign for me to not join.

I have been struggling for a month to get someone to contact me so I can take out the price lock deal for 999 a month for 24 months.

They just dont bother. I have had numerous online chats where the answer is the same every time "your details has been send to the correct department and they will be in contact.

I have tried to ge someone to contact me via twitter, they simply just don't respond.

If this is any indication of the level of service they provide.... Well, let me rather stay clear.

If it is such a struggle to get the service, imagine the struggle when you in a contract and there is just no service.

Maybe they just have enough clients. I mean its not like THOUSANDS has cancelled in the last couple of years. I am starting to understand why. Shem
