Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless and ***********. Being a premium subscriber and paying client oh yes gets you absolutely nothing. I do value wasting my precious time calling the call center, then switching my decoder off and on at least half a dozen times. Reporting the very same problem evey week, such a blessing to be a dstv premium client. The ****y service would confirm why Netflix is so much better than dstv. Can a loyal and paying customer have so much time to repot the same problem every single week. Makes so much sense to stay with dstv. Nobody calls back or tries to address and resolve the problem
