Absolutely useless

I placed on Hellopeter my dissatisfaction with my endeavours to downgrade my package with DSTV on 23 June 2022. Over one month later DSTV have still not got it right. I have been informed over this period of numerous different amounts that will be debited. The one hand does not know what the other hand is doing in this company. Now I can see apart from competitors why people are leaving DSTV.
