Absolutely terrible service at a terrible price.

I have been trying for the last two weeks to renew my contract to pay R940 per month. I have spoken to a few people at Dstv with no joy. I have tried the option on Mt Dstv website. It keeps on telling me my effort was unsuccessful. I've tried the phone-me-back option and I was never contacted. So, Dstv, if anyone there reads this, and I don't get to renew my contract by tomorrow, I will cancel my subscription because I will not pay R1140 a month.
