ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. DOES NOT DESERVE ONE STAR

I signed up for price lock through the web and they said someone would call within 2 days. I wanted to watch RWC rugby only. 5 days later they called and I passed all credit checks and application reviews (I cancelled my subscription 1 year ago due to appalling service) and they approved my account on the 4th October, said a decoder was on its way with a voucher to provide to the installar for free installation.

It is now the 23 September and after numerous (6-7) calls and numerous e mails (to *** - over 6) i am still without DSTV. No one seems to know where the decoder is (even through they claim it was shipped to me on the 13th - 9 days after approving my account) and no one can help. Every time I call, I'm asked to repeat the whole saga from scratch. Every time I am told that 'they have "ëscalated the issue" but no one from price lock calls. Not ONE e mail answered. How on earth does this company operate and make money where no-one can provide any information on as to why I am still without a decoder and no DSTV. Its worse than a government department!!
