Absolutely pathetic service and lies!

I have been trying for 2 weeks to link my dstv package to the online account I created. It never works! Everytime I sign in, it prompts me to link my dstv package to my account (so I can stream). I go ahead and put in my I.D. number, the app then says it wants to verify its me by sending a OTP to my email or cell number (my choosing). I choose cell - gives me an error msg and says try later (for 2 weeks!) I use email - the email never comes through

I cannot handle it anymore. The service is utterly disgusting. I use the live chat and no one has solved my problem but they send me a link to sign in and close the chat. Clearly they seem to get rated by how quickly they can solve a problem because they rush to end the conversation, with no solution. I call in and they have no idea what to do, they say they will call back but never do, lies! Useless!!!

Please do t waste your time with such a poor service driven company
