Absolutely outraged with dstv

DStv multichoice is the worst company to deal with, whether it be consultants at the call centre or the finance dept. I had paid an extra amount in error and requested a refund, it's over 3 weeks n I'm still waiting. I have submitted al the relevant documents over n over and still am told that they haven't refunded me.
