Absolutely no feedback from the DPP department

I have sent an sms to the DPP department at Multichoice to take up the R799 per month Explora offer. No feedback was forthcoming for two weeks despite the sms received back advising a period of 24-72 hours to respond. After mutliple calls and emails I have finally had someone contact me who explained the conditions of the deal and did a disposible income enquiry. I was then told I would be contacted in 2-3 days with an answer on whether or not I qualify and if I do with details of what to do next.<br> Surprise, no call, no email, no nothing. I have since contacted their call centre at least a dozen times. No one can give me any concrete answers, all they are doing is escalating to DPP and that is where it ends. I asked for a direct number for DPP - they do not have it or are not sharing it, I asked for the address of the DPP department - I was told they do not know it and in any case customers are not permitted there. This is frustrating and NOT the service I expect from Multiochoice. In fact the only reason I am still a DSTV customer is the lack of a viable alternative.
