Absolutely horrifying service

Absolutely horrifying service. I had to make 6 calls to the call center yesterday, only to progress from having an issue with an error on the Dual view to now having to resort to listening to the good old radio, as the service agents reduced active services continually with every call. I now have to continue paying for a service that I do not have anymore. You still want to bill me for the premium package, but disabled my dual view E143-2 , disabled my recording, pause and rewind functionality E102-29. Then on the last call the lady decided to terminate the call as she had no answers. Then you have the audacity to send me a SMS to rate her service. No guessing involved I rated the service a 0.
