Absolutely horrible service

Absolute **** of a company! No wonder people like netflix have come in and taken the market from them

I would like to see you resolve an issue that has been logged since may and there is still no resolution

Have advised to change debit order, instead of them changing banking details, they send you sms to demand payments

If this does not get resolved within this last month, we will definitely take our business elsewhere, the other reviews speak volumes in terms of what this company is!
