Absolutely disgusting service

The instant eft did not work for reconnecting so I did an eft and emailed the pop...i was on the phone from 17:15 to 20:20 with dstv off and on. At one stage I had 2 calls on 2 diff phones going simultaneously...1 agent even had me on hold for an hour
