Absolutely Disgusting

I contacted them 4 times in connection with their special. So currently I'm paying over R900 and something and it's on debit order, I was never asked a question or any credit check or anything.

I request to have the special which is R899 for 24 month. I earn 5 times what I was earning, still debit order but I get rejected with no explanation they can't say.

So they willing to leave me on my current package which is going up on the 1st April 2021 and remains a debit order with no question as it's more money but to save me a couple of Rands doesn't work for them.

I haven't heard of 1 person who has been approved, I have like 7 people who have tried.

Why haven't my bank statements been asked for?

This is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting.
