Absolutely disgraceful multichoice

Absolutely disgusted with this pathetic service . Recently qualified for the price lock r499 deal the consultant advised pro-rata and the normal installment will be debited on the 28th of January. Now they have cut my services going second day called the contact centre they advised the consultant mislead me with false information they will listen to the call and call me back up till now noone called me back its past 24 hours I still have no dstv I called just now around 2 o clock consultant advised they will speak to there manager and call me within an hour it's past one hour and there's no call. I will never recommend dstv to anyone especially pricelock I would love if dstv come and take all there stuff back clearly noone has any idea what they doing they service is absolutely terrible my contact number is *** hoping I can have this issue resolved today otherwise I will be speaking to higher authorities pertaining this disgusting service .
