Absolutely APPALLING service!

Absolutely APPALLING service! Its been 2 weeks countless phone calls and a visit to the branch and I still haven't been helped. the caliber of agents that work in the outsource Centre's should never have been employed. I am disgusted that I have been trying to connect for 2 weeks with still no joy, I am paying for a service that I am not using and when I try to disconnect the service the agents cannot fulfill my request. If HelloPeter could rate DSTV on a negative scale that would best suit their service.
