ABSOLUTELY ANGRY!!!
I am absolutely appalled with the service received from DSTV!!! I am on compact and they decided to upgrade me to premium. Then had the nerve to charge me R704. 00 and then tell me I have to go request for my contract to be downgraded. I did not take premium because I cannot afford it. This is bad business practice and goes against s.79 and 80 of the NCA. I challenge DSTV to advise me when I upgraded my subsctiption and why I have been burdened with resolving the mess-up.
