Absolute useless service
I lodged a query with Multichoice regarding a promotion of R799 premium package for 2 years where I will receive an Explora for free. A week ago they phoned me back and after exactly 30min on the phone my contract was in place and my Explora will arrive within a week. I will then be billed pro rata for this month from the date that my Explora arrives.<br> <br> I was guaranteed that delivery would take place before Monday 16/02/2015 and organised a Multichoice accreddited installer to help me with the dish and installation as I want the installation in place when I receive my Explora as I will immediately be billed from that date. After numerous calls and endless waiting no one can track my FICA documents I have sent ON THE SAME DAY OF THE TELEPHONE CONTRACT.<br> <br> Multichoice just lost another customer. You can now take your Explora and whatever paperwork you cannot find and do with it whatever makes you happy. I incidentally installed ADSL a month ago and although Telkom has got poor service, my line was installed within 4 days. Now I can enjoy VOX television and a whole lot of programming without the idiocy from Multichoice.<br> <br> Luckily Multichoice doesn't own the patent on entertainment TV.
