Absolute disgusting customer service from DSTV

On August 25th I had an issues with my DStv with all sorts of error messages. To my disgust I called in 3 times and each time each agent kept me on hold for over 40 minutes and still never resolve my issue. It seems the most convenient way to get rid of a customer is to place on on an endless hold. Come on DSTV, we pay a premium for the service and DSTV never calls it’s customers back, an utmost disgrace to DSTV for such terrible terrible customer service!!!!!! No wonder so many customers are cancelling their subscriptions, staff training is absolutely so so so sad!!!!!!!!!
