About multichoice dstv

Hi good night I just want to know is there possible a way you can help me I'm a loyal client of multichoice but these days multichoice services are very bad I'm paying my subscription every month my actual premie is payable on month end but I'm paying them before that time for few months they get the money and everythibg is included internet my subscription the a mount I use to pay is 1042. 70 but I'm paying 1043 rand I spike to a consultant iv asked her or infact told her mam I saw that my data is not loaded yet after paying then she said it won't show now coz my paymnt date is month end so I must wait until after month end my WI fi has been disconnected and iv make paymnt hence iv said every thing included I pay 1043 rnd every month and now all of sudden they said they didn't bill me for my WI fi but all the previous months I pay that same amount and my data has been loaded don't know what all that charges are for the installation fees and all that unnecessary amounts can u please help me thank you
