DSTV seems to be actively trying to alienate its Premium customers. They quoted me an amount for a 2-year contract, which I accepted, then they charged me more. When I called to discuss, as soon as they realised what my issue was, they cut me off - repeatedly. They don't have customers - they have hostages! The moment there is a viable sports alternative - all their hostages will run away.
