Abnormal charges

I made installation on the 9th of September and was not told anything about Prorata. The Debicheck mandate was loadaded for the 26 to my surprise yesterday I received a message that says my account has been suspended.

To my surprise as I ask multichoice says I loaded debit for the 15 which I didn't even on their site it's 26th.

Now they want me to pay R687.25 just for having the decoder for 5 days. And again on the 26 I must do full payment. How is that possible. This is just day light *******. This is totally unacceptable. I can't be charged this ridiculously.

I feel like this is theft. Multichoice is actually ripping me off. I would rather take this decoder back I can't be ****** of money like that.
