Abandoned customer
DSTV cut off my service last week Thursday due to an accounting error made on their side! The many call agents that I have spoken to agree that there is an accounting error and that they will escalate the call. I get told by every agent that someone from accounts will call to resolve with me ... nothing has happened. . No calls, no interest and I am still disconnected and on holiday with my family. My last reference number was ***7-i533. I have spoken to Bevin, Nikela, Avumile, Thandinani and a few other agents who just abandoned the call without resolving it. DSTV, you have amazingly bad customer care service !!! Please contact me. ***. I want this resolved TODAY!

No e-mails please - you have my phone number, I want an accounts Manager to call me. After 13h00 today. 7 days now without assistance...
