I had the most appalling experience, the lady known as Thrivasha came to the door to sanitise our hands as we walked in, as grumpy as ever and without her mask on. She was extremely rude and the way she addressed the customers was disgusting.

I am currently making contact with Multichoice as we speak, I can deal with the long lines but to then get to the door and have to deal with such rude and unsanitary behaviour, no. It's utter nonsense!!

Thrivasha Ganesan needs to be called into order, and since she doesn't recognise customers as human beings, maybe her management team can get through to her. Not only is she compromising our health during a pandemic, but she also continued to treat us like convicts.
