A very frustrated customer, not happy at all.

I have an account with dstv and in March, I went to go and pay my account which I was told that I have to pay R 1000 extra and I was calling the call center and whit no help, I send email and the get back to me telling me that, I have order and signed for a price lock and that the person stay somewhere but it was not me, and I was told that in order for me to fix this I have to pay for the price lock which I don't Owened.. I don't under why would dstv give someone a account under my name and the don't even call me to tell me about the this but tell now I have not received feedback REF number *** I spoke to sahib an, shipo and Mpumi... Im angry, because I not going to pay for this. 98
