A very bad customer service from dstv if only I knew I wouldn't have bought it

Even now my dstv it's not working n it had been paid for R474.00 but it hasn't been connected n everyday I talk to different people from dstv. TSHEGOFATSO MAHLANGU USING REF no :*** am not happy with the service. How can one pay for tv but never get to watch what she had paid for... as a first time user am so disappointed I didn't expect that from dstv... if this is not fix within 2days am going to disconnect coz I can't pay for something that i can't even watch after paying for. I have been calling but no one has help me with this matter
