A title is an understatement!
Can someone resolve my query/request that I've done on the 17th of May, or give my money back and cancel my service with you if you to lame to assist your customers? So much for competent consultants, you spend over an hour on a call not being assisted or resolved!

As advised on our telephone discussion, we have downgraded the account to Compact plus. Due to the debit order magtape, the amount of R839.00 will be taken off the account but we will do a refund for the difference back to your account.
