A special price concession for pensioners watching only one channel

I have called on numerous occasions requesting advice regarding the Super Sport channel, my father who is 95 only watches Super Sport. Is there a package where he can only watch this programme at a reduced price. Surely there must be an option for pensioners? He pays R 899.00 per month to watch one channel which is ludicrous. DSTV should take into account that most pensioners watch TV and should qualify for a further special concession. Thank you
