A SLA is Multichoices way of procrastinating urge

Multichoice delisting team.<br> <br> I have received your letter confirming paid up in full. I have forwarded the letter to Transunion. Transunion has sent YOU an e mail requesting confirmation of your afore mentioned letter. In order to have my Transunion data updated, Transunion needs YOUR assistance in the finality hereof. I understand that there are SLA guidelines, however NOTHING has been done to finalize this issue by MULTICHOICE..<br> <br> Kindly note that this e mail is being posted on HELLO PETER. As I have been struggling to have this matter resolved. Not withstanding the fact that I have called on numerous occasions and even supervisors do not assist or even give any feedback. Besides the writer of this original e mail contained below.<br> <br> What a disgrace. An SLA in Multichoices comment is there to give guidelines in turn around times.
