A simple problem that I am now being ignored on

I signed up for a pricelock special and have been a customer for over 20 years. For some reason, the person who signed me up has decided to change the email address my account is linked to (not the one on my profile), the one my account is associated with and an account I dont have access to. After originally dealing with Sipho Mahose since 28 February and sending screenshots of the issue, I am now being ignored and my problem is not resolved. How am I suppose to use my dstv online and showmax accounts when I cant access my account? Can someone please resolve this asap
