I canceled the debit order I made with them 2 months ago and yesterday I paid cash and this morning I find that they deducted on my account. Now it's double payments made to them even after I told them to cancel the debit order. One thing I know is that when I call the call centre I'm going to be told that it will be credited to my account for next month which is what I don't want. I want my money and I am going to reverse it. You guys are useless
