I am appalled by their service and even worse their agents and Supervisor, my mom a 70 year old lady was sent a text to pay R444 for the compact subscription, so when she got to the store the guy said she must pay R200 ,after paying she showed the agent the R444 so he took the payment for the remaining balance of R244 this all happened on the 25th July now today the services are switched off and the still want to milk R250 out of her . Now what disgust me the most is the fact that the agents keep dropping the call and the 5th one that I spoke to by the Name of Ntombozuko is telling me to tell the old lady to spend more traveling cost and go back to the store,knowing clearly there is no Dstv store in Qumbu. Even the Supervisor was saying a similar thing , so in total they want her to pay R690 just for August for a subscription that is supposed to be R450 a month.
