A money making scheme just *****ing people over

I’ve been trying to cancel my streaming subscription for the last 3 months! And not one person from this company can assist. I have now been charged over R1200,00 for a service I do not want and have tried to cancel multiple times. Honestly, the customer service is appalling.

Do not tell me to cancel online via the MyDstv app, because that does not work. The tabs do not open, and often the entire site just gives an error message.

Save your time and money - This is a money making scheme just *****ing people over.
