A MISSION TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

I am trying to cancel one of my subscription and it is such a hassle. I phoned the DSTV call center hoping to speak to a consultant - I was unfortunately not assisted, I could not even speak to a consultant as the options don't take me to a consultant which is really inconveniencing. The wattsup does not allow me to cancel my subscription as it is the main subscription (according to the wattsup bot). Can someone phone me and assist me as I wanted to cancel today before the beginning of the next month.
