Yesterday several well liked channels disappeared from the the air.

Channel 120, 171, 174, 177, 183, 185, 186 – very popular channels I'd say, with programs we follow often, just disappeared off the air. Maybe even more channels that I’m not aware of, GONE.

No notice given to subscribers, no form of apology, no notice of what will be taking their place.

This is a breach of contract in my mind – I am paying an amount of over R600 per month for a set of designated channels, yet you take most of the good ones we rely on away with no notice and you you want the same money per month?

I’m going to report you to the consumer council. You cannot just change the level of service that you were providing for a set fee. You either replace the missing channels or you reduce the premiums.

I’m sorry I paid my March subs. Will be stopping this ******* service you provide.

In any case I’m sick of the repetitions that have been going on since I joined 10 years ago. We’re sick of sharks, tuna, crocodiles, ********, old Judge Judies, the boring Australian Airport security ****, the Bourne movies, 4-5 channels of home improvements and dozens of others repeated day and night up to 3 times per day for the last 10 years. Aren't you ashamed of yourselves wanting good money for this? What should we watch now? Dubbed Turkish melodramas? More Sport? ******* soapies, B-grade movies?
