A joke service!

Price lock expired, i requested to extend or lock price again then u was downgraded to compact, i called requested to be put back in compact plus done but now they switched primary decoder to secondary 🙄again i call n wait while the consultant tells me the same story "i escalated * i using an explorer decoder but i cant catch up error " you are using a PVR!" cannot rewind nor catch up n each time i call they mess up. I am considering canceling their service because they wasting my airtime and money.
