A Happy Stakeholder

I recently had a problem with my dstv account. After days of being sent from pillar to post i finally got the assistance i needed from a gentleman by the name of Phakamile.

He carefully listened to my query, went through my file and noted the several enquiries made. He then asked to give me a call in 20 minutes with feedback and status of my account.

I was quite stunned when he did exactly that in no less than the 20 minutes he had requested.

I am happy to say that he fixed the errors on my journal and my account is now up to date (although i cannot physically confirm it because I am still at work).

i just want to say big up to Phakamile. multichoice did not make a mistake employing you. You're truly are an asset to the company!!
