A FINAL CALL FOR HELP....!!!!!!

I have never been so frustrated with any other company in MY LIFE....as DSTV. I have called them almost daily for the past 2 weeks. I have been on a compact package and paid cash monthly with no issues...then I was conned into getting PVR by one of their "double agents"...she informed me that the installation is free and my new amount of R560 for the price lock will be charged from the following month. My PVR was never installed as promised in 14 days and then they disconnected me , and debited my account after i already paid cash. The installer finally arrives out of the red sea in Egypt !!!! and eventually after 100 calls , explaining of the same story over and over and over again a lady Tsidiso then finally assist me with re connection. Well my happiness was sadly short lived when to my surprise but not total shock my PVR was nothing but a decoder with a four letter....it had NO ...like NON PVR functions.....I was then after yet another exciting call to multichoice informed that i had to activate this by walking in to "The only walk in centre in Johannesburg" Multichoice Ranburg....Now if this little con artist that sold me this PVR had told me that i would be buying a car with no engine ... I would have passed...I now after all these calls and promises of callbacks still to this day have had no one contact me....am sitting with PVR not working and also disconnected service that i have paid for....I am appalled with the service of Mulichoice and its employees ...you dont receive short money when its payment time yet we must be subdue to such pathetic service....I wish we had alternative to DSTV i would change in a heartbeat ....I would really love to cancel my service at this stage if only someone would call me back.....My name MHabana cust number....***0
