A few hours late paying for a service I hardly use and my services are terminated.

I have my payment date with DSTV as the 25th of each month. This month, I did not make payment on the 25th as it was Christmas, instead doing so on the 26th.

Lo and behold on the 27th my account was suspended due to non payment.

Upon making a call to the company call center I was told the payment had not reflected still and I was liable for the re connection fee either way.

Two days after making the payment, the company still says I owe it money...
