A company that does not care about their loyal and paying clients, worse customer service in the industry

I have experience the worst customer service ever from DSTV customer care,their telephone lines are down and they put *********** staff to handle customer queries on that Whatsapp group. The staff don't even seem be bothered whether you receive assistance or not, one even wished me luck in lodging a complaint with Hello Peter and the Ombudsman and what is worse is they even go out of their way to lie, I was told that I do not have an account and that my I.D number does not match my surname on their system but I have been their loyal client since 2007. It is appalling how they feel nothing can be done to them. DSTV does not respect their loyal paying customers and is rubbing off on their staff that's why they ill treat clients and are so arrogant.
