I dealt with a consultant by the name SIPHOKAZI from multichoice call center and The service I got from this lady was beyond poor. she kept me on hold for over 15 min and all i asked her to do was to reconnect my services on a lower package even my 12 year old son can do a better job than her. She really does not know what she is doing. I hope action is taken towards her. Really unacceptable!!!
